This service was born as a result of some of our clients preferring a payment on results option. So we offer a no-obligation experience where you only Pay if you make a Placement - £1500 flat fee payable only when the person starts with you, backed by a 12 week refund guarantee.
Differences between our Recruitment Service and our Advertising Service:
Cost – Recruitment Service has a fixed fee of £1,500 per permanent placement and a sliding scale for Contract placements (see Terms and Conditions for breakdown)
Branding – Recruitment Service does not mention your company name or include your logos in any of our advertisements.
Free Recruitment Website – only offered to current Advertising Service clients
Our low flat fee approach works equally well when hiring Contract staff – we help you find the right person for your requirement and you can choose a one-off flat fee and you pay the contractor (price depends on skills required and length of initial contract) or you pay a flat 15% margin of the contractor’s hourly rate and we pay the contractor.
How We Work
Initially, we will take time to understand your recruiting requirements and agree the best course of action. Whichever service you choose, we will:
• Run an advertising and cv search campaign for four weeks
• Write an “online friendly” advertisement
• Post the vacancy onto the agreed job boards and regularly refresh the advertisements to help keep the vacancy high on applicant search lists.
• Set up screening questions to help you grade applicant responses
• Receive all advertisement responses, and reply to every applicant
• Obtain confirmation from applicants that they would like to be considered for your vacancy(ies)
• Provide you with back office access to short-listed applicants 24/7 so that you can view or download CVs, contact applicants direct, give and receive applicant feedback to us.
• Search through our database and online CV databases for matching passive and active job seekers
• Maintain our Google sponsored keywords to attract even more applicants to our site and your vacancies.
• Offer you Psychometric and Technical Testing per vacancy
• Produce Statistics so you can measure the success of your campaign.
