Background
Websearch Recruitment was set up by Shirley Brzeski who after having run a traditional recruitment agency since 1991, started to offer an online alternative to clients in 1998.
Since that time, thousands of vacancies have been filled on a flat fee basis - driving down our clients' hiring costs by using the internet for:
- multiple job board advertising
- cv database search & selection
- search engine optimisation (google adwords)
- social/business networking sites
Websearch Recruitment was renamed from Websearch Resourcing in 2008 to more accurately describe our business.
Our Staff
Ours is an enthusiastic, energetic, dedicated team, all handpicked from a recruitment agency or human resources background.
Everyone works directly with clients, building strong relationships with them to ensure we understand their business and their recruitment needs. Our determination to be the best agency in our business ensures we all deliver what we promise.
We all undertake regular training to ensure we are up-to-date with the latest search and online selection methods and our Account Managers are headed by a CIPD qualified ex HR Manager, Julie Whelan, MCIPD, BA (hons)
